In an effort to increase the involvement of parents in School operation and to share the responsibilities with the School Committee, each parent is required to be on duty one Saturday each School year.  The following responsibilities are to be carried out by on-duty parents to provide an orderly and secured campus to our students, and also to ultimately ensure the quality of our education.

1.                  Each parent (except those who are currently serving in School Board and Committee) has the responsibility and obligation to take turn to be on duty.

2.                  $20 of deposit is charged at the time of registration each semester.  If you are absent with no prior notice and proper arrangement, your $20 will be used towards the cost of replacement personnel, who will perform the duties on your behalf.

3.                  The Parents Committee will make adjustment and create a new schedule of parents on duty at the beginning of each semester.  New enrollments or drop-outs would result in changes in the existing order of the list.
